Controller Placement in SDN/NFV based 5G Network

The main focus of this work is to design an optimal controller placement framework in SDN/NFV based 5G network architecture. The network planning problem is formulated as a multi-objective capacity controller location optimization problem based on population-based metaheuristic algorithm particle swarm optimization which aims to simultaneously minimize the number of controllers and control traffic for each switch.
